The food at this restaurant is genuinely great and definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the service experience does not match the quality of the food. Even when the restaurant is nearly empty, it takes around five minutes just to be acknowledged by staff. It appears that the waitress is also handling cashier duties and cooking, which creates long delays and makes the service feel overwhelmed. The restaurant clearly needs additional help and staffing because the food has a lot of potential, but the slow service takes away from the overall experience.
Terrible customer service. Lady today, 11/7/25 canceled my order because I walked out (ordered to go). Tried calling twice to see if my order was ready, she didn’t answer the phone - it was working heard it perfectly as I walked in.
The rice is old and has mold on it; it smelled absolutely horrible. They definitely do not make it fresh. They charge you for sides because they don’t do substitutions but remove the original side, making you pay extra and then removing from the original dish. The waitress and cook were chit chatting about their personal drama and when we had concerns on the food she was extremely rude and sarcastic. Food was not good, service was horrible.
